From Idea to Impact

Founded by engineer and inventor Mark Matheny, the company was built on a simple idea: create a true one-stop shop to bring ideas to life. From concept and design through development, prototyping, and manufacturing, the mission has always been to turn ideas into real, working technologies.

Originally an engineering-driven design and contract manufacturing firm, the company quickly became known for solving complex technical challenges. Mark built a reputation for pushing boundaries, developing patented products and systems that exceeded expectations. Over time, the company expanded into integrated electronics, RF systems, advanced manufacturing and proprietary technologies- always focused on real-world performance.

As the team grew, so did its reach. When his daughter Alaina joined the company, she helped lead expansion into the security sector, developing lockdown, monitoring, and tracking solutions for schools and municipalities, and into defense technologies for real-world environments. With the addition of engineer Matt, and additional team members with specialized skills, the company expanded further into the civilian sector, offering precision machining, gunsmithing, Cerakote and related services.

At its core, the company pairs cutting-edge innovation with old-school principles, clear communication, hands-on problem solving and time-tested engineering/ machining practices.

Today, the company spans engineering, electronics, security systems, tracking platforms, manufacturing, defense and civilian services…all driven by one mission: build smarter technologies that solve real problems while keeping people safe.
